Awards are presented at a reception held in Spring Quarter, attended by family and friends of the recipients, their colleagues in the community service field, and UCLA faculty, staff, and students.  The names of the recipients and their community service projects are engraved on a perpetual plaque displayed in Kerckhoff Hall.
